Roger Krohn is certified for Mozzarella and Provolone cheese; Terry Lensmire holds certification for Cheddar, Mozzarella, Provolone and Monterey Jack; Dan Stearns is certified for Cheddar; and Jim Demeter holds certification for Feta. The Wisconsin Master Cheese maker program is the most ambitious and rigorous advanced training program in the country and the only Master program outside of Europe. All of Trega's cheese making and curing takes place under the supervision of our experts; the pride in their art of cheese making has led to the creation of Trega's private label brand Masters Reserve.
